Recently took my Stihl chainsaw into Home Hardware on Hartzel Rd St Catharines.
Blake was Extremely knowledgeable friendly and resolved my chainsaw problem within minutes.
I would absolutely recommend HH in the future.

A waste of time and money. I called ahead to ensure they had the water pump I wanted. They checked and told me they had it in stock. The pump is listed at other HH stores for $279. The price at Hatzel Rd was $379. I went up to look and purchase it as I needed it. I got there and the pump was used and missing the intake hose which is worth about $70.
The store manager offered to sell me the used pump minus the intake hose for $279.
I declined.
All in all a poor experience.

I had an excellent experience at Home Hardware thanks to Carrie! She was super nice and very easy to work with. Carrie's assistance made the process smooth and hassle-free. She provided the quickest and most reasonable equipment rentals I've encountered. Highly recommend visiting this Home hardware! I will be back for more rentals!

Great customer service on the floor except for the two idiot female cashiers, a younger blonde, and an older one. The language the older one used was completely unacceptable around customers.
