Do not use this company !!!! They are so nice when you book in, they schedule in, only to call later - after you plan your schedule and they cancel.
Not dependable …. Find another company that is more credible.

The amount of issues in just one visit was absolutely shocking:
1) First impression - this is a large chain, not a local company as it attempts to appear. Dispatch repeatedly had trouble understanding my address, asking if I was in ON Canada etc. They were unable to provide me with any sort of base estimate for the initial appointment, but advised me that we would be charged a cancellation fee if we decided to not pursue the visit when the plumber called us on his way (and would offer an estimate at that time). This is nonsensical - I would never pay a cancellation fee for a service that I was not provided and did not get an estimate for.
2) I called at 11am and was advised they would visit between 1-4pm. We did not even hear from them until a few minutes before 4 - we understand that things come up, but they should have contacted us when they got derailed to a bigger emergency and let us know they would be delayed as we had been literally waiting around all day.
3) There was a young plumber who was very off standish- hood up, head down, no interaction etc. Though unprofessional, it wasn’t a big deal until he had a massive rage screaming incident in our home - absolutely screaming at his colleague and storming around, all the way through the basement, up the stairs, and through our main floor while I was sitting feeding my baby dinner. This was shocking and scary for myself and the baby to have this extreme outburst and anger in our home. Our camera captured the audio of some of it, which we sent on to the company.
4) John, the other plumber, handled himself very calmly and professionally throughout this shocking incident. It was the end of a long day and our plumbing job turned into a large one, and he had been attacked by a colleague, yet he carried on and got the job done under an exhausting and stressful circumstance. His behaviour was the only positive thing.
5) the job did get completed; however, there was no attempt at all to contain the mess. It was a partially finished room with just drywall on the walls, mostly cement floor and a few loose pieces of brand new carpet. We had all the items to contain any mess and my husband repeatedly offered help if needed (we did not go down to see the disaster until it was too late). The room was destroyed - black gunk all over throw carpets (could have been easily removed prior to and had to be thrown out), all over the drywall (we had to wash it and sand it - we had large plastic rolls that could have covered it), all over the cement floor (permanently ruined), etc. It took the entire next day to get the room to a reasonable level of cleanliness. Throughout the visit, we supplied numerous rags, buckets, paper towels and a ladder as they arrived totally unprepared without their own equipment. We provided photos of the damage to the company.
5) All old materials were left for us to deal with! Even if there was an extra cost, we would have happily paid for them to be removed.
I cannot imagine if we didn’t have the tools or physical ability to deal with the aftermath of this disaster - we would have had to pay thousands of dollars for the area to be restored.
The company emailed with questions for feedback and I promptly responded with videos, pictures and great detail. I got a response apologizing, saying this would be escalated and we would be hearing back soon - this was Oct 25, 2023 and we never heard back again. I have never had such a horrible experience with a company in my life.

Wade visited on July 18th, and he resolved a significant floor drain clog. The service was exceptional, and I highly recommend this company.

We had a serious issue with our bathroom pedestal sink. Cameron came by the same day, assessed the situation, and gave us clear details about the different options we had available to fix the situation. We also got detailed quotes with each option. Once we had made our decision, Cameron came back and did the work cleanly and efficiently. We could not have asked for better service.
