The staff in this store are absolutely amazing! I am the most indecisive person but make in the moment choices. I've been in to change my shoes 3 times and every time I'm there the whole staff is welcoming and helpful and incredibly kind and understanding. I really can't begin to say how great they all are there. Give them all raises and extra vacation days!

Called the store to put an item on hold around 11:30am today and was told I have until end of the day to come by. My inlaw got there around 3:30pm and was told the shoes were sold already. Luckily my in-laws live in St. Catherines but still had to take time to go to the mall. Being from Toronto, if I actually decided to drive down, it would have been a big waste of time.

I can’t find Nike shoes size anywhere just here at journeys. Finally we have really such beautiful gorgeous very patient helper there her name Kristen she was amazing the entire time, we kept asking for multiple things but she always smiled and was more than happy to help, she is amazing god bless her

I love shopping at Journey’s because the service is excellent. I typically try on a lot of styles because I have trouble finding comfortable shoes. The staff here is always accommodating. Special shoutout to Kristen for helping me try on about 10 different pairs this weekend!

Awful customer service at this location. My wife was told when she bought shoes at Journeys that she had 1 year to return her shoes with the receipt if they were unworn. But when we decided to take them back within the year the individual there advised that they wouldn't take them back because we have had them for too long. But the return policy is one year. What a joke. Then he advised that we should go to another Journeys ad return them. Which means he knows they will take them back but the St Catharines store won't. Buyer beware. Staff is against their own company policy.

Really appreciated the help I got while in the store the other day. I was looking for something fairly specific and most things are difficult to find in my size. They were so patient and kept bringing me out boot styles they thought I would like. Considering they were new I really appreciated the effort they made to help me and I ended up buying 2 pairs that day.

Awesome customer service. As soon as we walked in the store we we're greeted by the employees. They we're very helpful with making a selection of shoes I needed for my children. Customer service is everything. Great job! I recommend this store.

Great customer service. My daughter bought some All Star and I explained to the sales person about the issue we have with laces. She offered some elastic laces that can make any sneaker into a slip on. Love it! Thank you. We will be back soon for more shopping ?

I went here as a last resort for a Christmas present and honestly if I wasn’t desperate I would have left. I went in and was looking at shoes, however it took like 15 mins for someone to finally come over and ask if I needed a size. There were like 4 people working and 3 of them were just standing behind cash not busy whatsoever just talking to each other. The girl that did help me, who was the only one of them actually Doing her job, was very helpful and nice. She deserves 5 stars the rest not so much.
