Waited too long in drive thru , I left without taking my order...no one came to window...Slow service... drive thru wait about 30+ min, first-time visiting & will not come back..

Went thru the drive thru as I’m on my lunch. Been a few times before no issues.. maybe there’s new owners not sure. Waited about 4 mins to even take my order. Preferred a twister combo. She said 6 min wait. I said fine.. I waited again behind the customer in front of me for 5 mins . I than paid and thought I have already waited 6 mins so it should be fine. Waited another 2 mins and than said move over cause it wasn’t ready. I waited for another 20 mins and no one. I went inside and they said they just got my order. There was no one in there .. I waited 35 mins for my food .. the lady didn’t even seem to care. I asked for a refund and she said I would have to go thru the drive thru to get it. … sorry I won’t be a customer there any more. As I am seeing a lot of ppl feel the same. ….

Got to KFC around 6:30pm and when I got to the speaker they said that they had run out of chicken and that it would be a 20 minute wait. How does a restaurant that does only ONE thing run completly out of the ONE thing that they sell? They had one job and they failed.So I waited.....didn't have an opprotunity to back out because someone else had already pulled up behind me. Once I got to the window and waiting for about 30 minutes, I was parked along the side....then only 30 seconds later the chicken comes out.You think that's the end.....that it would lead me to be leaving the store happy as a clam...well wait....there's more.I asked the girl if there was any PLUM sauce, she said no and that she would be right back. With my wife on the phone (yes it was blue tooth so I was being safe) all I say to the girl is.....I said plum sauce, not hot sauce.I know this is long....but I'm not done yet. Get home, the food smelt good....and that was the only good thing about it. The chicken was overcooked, and missing at some parts, the fries were soggy as all get out. The best part of this meal was when we stopped eating it.For everyone reading this.....please avoid this location.KFC - change your leadership, hire new employees or shut down this location. If this new leadership, look at your hiring processes because this is just a shame.I am not the first person to complain about this.....and I won't be the last until changes are made!Thank you for your time and I hope you enjoyed the read.

This review will not come as a shock, similar experience as others. My partner called me from the drive thru and said he was told they did not have any chicken prepared he would have to wait 20 minutes. He was already trapped in the drive thru or would have left. The chicken took over 30 minutes, and the order handed to him was wrong. He clarified what he wanted at the window, they dissapeared, and came back again with the wrong thing. I listened in awe on the phone the whole time. Thought the saving grace would be a fresh meal. The chicken was overdone and there was little to no meat. It tasted awful. The fries were soggy and squished under the chicken. How on earth can a chicken restaurant have so many reviews stating they don't have chicken prepared? I'd suggest avoiding this location if you can.

If there was anyway to leave zero stars, that’s what I would be leaving. Terrible place!!! terrible customer service. We are seniors and don’t do on line banking so are not able to use some of their specials which I think is unfair. I am all about hard working people but I prefer it if they speak enough english that you can reason with them. My son’s one piece of chicken was the size of a chicken nugget. Will not be going back to KFC

8 chicken strips that are far too small to justify the price. Medium fries and a medium drink with 8 of these cost me 29.80$. I could have bought 3 rotisserie chickens for that.

What the hell even is this garbage ? The chicken is sooooo disgusting. The gravy is now bland, the portions are smaller and the whole damn experience is just awful. Didn't even remember to give me my dipping sauces. Seriously, never again will I eat KFC. I'm almost sick just writing this review.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Went through the drive through only to be told it was a 30 minute wait so I decided to go home and order then come pick it up. Received an email confirmation stating my food would be ready for 7:17pm. Only to arrive and no one is at the counter… all staff are in the back laughing talking about their weekend plans while there’s a line up in the drive through and inside the restaurant. Staff are very arrogant and absolutely no help.Staff member finally came to the counter after waiting 10 minutes and then I’m told I still need to wait another 10 minutes for my food. Waited a total of 55 minutes for my food.Usually this location is good but the three people working tonight either need to be fired or at-least be shown how to provide proper customer service.

No one was at the counter to help so we went to the self serve kiosk to order after we figured out our order and tried to order it we just got an error code tried a few more time than went to the counter to be served when someone finally showed up to take our order I was told that what I ordered was no longer available. I responded to oh it was on the self serve kiosk. To get a response of “we have whats ever on the board behind me.”My response was “oh maybe thats why my order didnt work”“Response no they are broken.”There should be out of order signs or they should be turned off and why did they let us stand there for 5 minutes trying to order off the thing.Empty restaurant with two tables being used they table dirty except the large table.The lady there was very nice and told me it will be 6 minutes for my food and she wouldBring it out she was excellent. $30 for two meals and poor service. Place looked under staffed.No customer serviceNo working kiosksNo cleaningNo careNo return

Good food, but honestly...could be much cleaner! For a newer place it was 'unclean'. Garbage containers overflowing, tables not wiped down, doors/windows dirty. Was really surprised how poor it was. Management needs to step up!

We waited 40 mins in the drive-through and there were only 3 cars in front of us. I understand being short staffed, but it was 6:30pm on a Friday. Dinner rush, and everyone was waiting more than 40 mons for food. Finally our turn and they forgot the drinks, fries were cold staff was indifferent.

Last week I bought 2 Tuesday Specials, mistakeably 1 of the fries was not packed in the order. Today , five days after I went and explained to the Manager.(Amanpreet, hope I got her name correctly)She without hesitation treated me respectfully same as the patrons who were buying. I really admired her customer service focus and her respectfully attitude she displayed to me and everyone else in the store.Thank you again Manager A . 10 stars?
