Went there and seen the nurse practitioner was a very good experience got what I needed and got out very quick and efficiently that's the partner pharmacy of Queens pharmacy so I know all the staff here and everything goes pretty good

Came in to buy Tylenol after wisdom tooth removal. Owner made me wait outside pharmacy window and grab it himself, then made me give him my card to pay for it. Excellent pharmacy and under new ownership for a few months now at least. They now offer delivery for medication. Excellent customer service, speedy service to fill prescriptions. Would recommend you switch to this pharmacy if you want quality care and friendly service.

This place is shady & I trusted Mike who claimed my medication was not covered but it was. After checking with a pharmacist friend who works at another location who had no problem getting it covered. Had already given Mike over a hundred dollars, which put me short on rent & caused me to be homeless. Lets say when confronted a partial refund was given. About 75% of what I had paid & was happy to get that because they could just have said you get nothing & that was exactly what Mike had been saying for the past month as hes trying to get more cash from me. So here's what I think, best case scenario is he's incompetent & thats why he was thinking I was not covered & forced me to pay for medicine not caring that I would be homeless or worst case Mike has a habit of taking advantage of the most vulnerable in our society. My advice is stay away & watch out for Mike. If they ever tell you that your not covered & ask for cash don't pay until you can get another pharmacist from another location to double check. I have the feeling I'm not the first person they stole from. The whole way they handled the situation was just red flag after red flag & did not convince me this was just some innocent mistake.
