Shalize was so nice and helpful on black Friday! she was absolutely amazing. She helped me pick out multiple items for Christmas as well some items on the sale rack! She also encouraged me to join the membership which is very essential to have!

I recently had an outstanding shopping experience at Lululemon at the Pen Centre. As a guy new to the brand, I wasn’t sure where to start, but Jules, the associate who helped me, made the process incredibly easy and enjoyable. She was welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand my needs. She offered great product recommendations and helped me find the perfect fits for both activewear and casual outfits. Her genuine enthusiasm and patience made the entire experience top-notch. I left with high-quality pieces and a great impression of the store. Highly recommend!

This location always has a variety of sizes in stock. The staff that I’ve experienced have always been very nice. I recently brought in a pair of leggings that were brand new, although the threading had completely come out of the thigh. I was afraid that because I didn’t have the receipt and because the long inner tag was removed that I’d be out of luck, but thankfully they exchanged them for a new pair, no problem. Very thankful for their “quality policy” as their products aren’t cheap!

I will not return to this location due to the condescending attitude of the woman with the brown ponytail. Her tone was snarky and rude. I had brought in some returns and she gave me a hassle claiming that the clothing was not on my sales history. I had to correct her because clearly I bought the clothing . Customer service is not her expertise and I don’t appreciate leaving the store feeling as if I was talked down to like a child. Do not recommend this location unless they remove this person from their team. I have been to many locations of lululemon and everyone is usually so friendly and helpful. Very disappointed .

Weird customer service here.
After learning about the "quality promise" at this store and overhearing a worker tell a customer that they do repairs here I brought in a couple of items to get repaired. ( I had never had any issues before)
One of the woman- short with dark hair - was rude and purposefully ignored a receipt that was visible on my account. After leaving the store I innocently wasted time looking through my e-mails for the receipt only to find out that my purchase history was up to date and the receipt was visible on my account the whole time and the lululemon worker obviously played dumb to that fact because she didn't want to do a quality promise transaction.

Went to pen centre lulu to do a quality exchange, where I purchase alot of my clothing online due to this reason, employee that was an older lady short ginger hail right off the bat was giving me attitude looking me up and laughing and smiling well looking me up and down, then blamed my weight for the pants being in the shape they are then she accused me bringing in fake lulu pants even though I had the order id from January of this year on my phone that I purchased. Then when the manger took over her whole attitude changed when there was a tall fit guy but me being short and fat she treated me different. Even though I was still a paying customer at lulu she treated me different because how I looked.

There was a lady at the cash, I went up because the fabric on my newer leggings are peelings already and I haven’t had them for that long and she said she can’t do anything about it because it’s the store policy. Why does Lululemon say to go to the closest store and then they just say to go call the number. Every time I call the number they just tell me to bring it to the store so this lady wasnt helpful at all and not fair because the pants are so expensive.

Went to lululemon for the first time and bought a pair of leggings.I was super excited about my new leggings.I cut the tags off and put them on to find a snag in the thigh.The store will not accept it back as an exchange a day after purchase.The store directed me to call the lululemon phone number which I did call and they told me I had to return at the store…Waste of 110$, first purchase ever at this establishment and never again.

I had a great experience with Alex on March 22 in the afternoon. He went above and beyond to help me with all his expertise His suggestions were amazing. He was very patient through my whole shopping experience. Also all the co workers were pleasant and very helpful. Thank you Alex.
