Just call today for a tire swap, I needed to put the winter tires on fortunately for me there was a cancelation and they look after me withing 30 minutes. Great service, look for Al one of the owners amazing guy, customer service is one of the best attributes...for sure they will have me back

My mom went there for an oil change since the dash on her Honda CRV said it was overdue, however she had plenty of mileage left for the oil in the car. The mechanic (Not sure who it was) did not change the oil and re-set the dash and told my mom she did not have to get her oil changed. It's nice to see that there is still some honest people out there helping the elderly or the hard working citizens. Thank you for helping my elderly mom and being honest with her.

This place is the best! Truly honest, nicest, good people! Hard to find these days. I do most of my own work, however, if I ever have a problem i can't handle, this is the place to go. They actually listen and don't push and try to sell unnecessary stuff. I recommend them to everyone i know. Thank you so much! You guys rock!!

This shop & the people who run it are INCREDIBLE. They go above and beyond to help their clients and it truly shows!
I've been in for a few things in the last couple months, and they have been such a big help. They always try to work me in, if it's a pressing concern & give piece of mind knowing my vehicle is coming back to me better than ever. They treat Marigold (my Forester) so well & genuinely care about the work they do.
A huge point I'd like to add is that they treat ALL their customers with kindness and respect, and as a woman that's really rare to find in a shop. They never try to pull one over on you & I'm genuinely so grateful to have found a shop like this in the area.
I can't thank them enough for all the hard work and effort they put into helping people everyday.

Major major disappointment with the lack of integrity here. What was going to be my forever oil change place is now somewhere i would discourage you to go to. Let’s think, If the hood latch allows you to open for an oil change, and then when you leave the hood latch won’t close and the sensor is beeping, something clearly happened. Al didn’t want to assume any responsibility and actually sent me on my way knowing the possibility of the hood lifting during driving- which we know is totally unsafe. Even if there was a tight latch, it was ultimately within the hood latch and sensor that was broken. For a place that can get discounted parts, INTEGRITY would say, fix what you broke. This
could have been resolved quite easily but instead it was about pointing blame and not accepting fault within the garage.
Terrible customer service and goes without saying I will not be returning and will not be sending people their way for business.
IT IS A ZERO STAR RATING BUT HAD TO GIVE A MERCY 1 just to leave this review

If you charge an inspection fee, it’s only fair that regular customers are informed before their vehicle is accepted. I’m genuinely upset by the unexpected charge clear communication would have avoided this situation

Amazing work, amazing staff. Who said you couldn't trust a mechanic? I honestly won't bring my car anywhere else. AL and his guys are super honest, very friendly and their work is incredible. Need any work done on your car? Time for a check up? Bring the boys some coffees and donuts and know your car is in great, reliable hands.

They're really the masters at their job! Additionally, their customer service is top notch. Won't charge a buck more from what's required and always transparent with what's the status of the job. I've been to multiple shops before them and what separates Master Mechanic from others is, they answer all your questions with facts and reasoning!

Friendly, available, and streamlined. I was able to get my oil changed, my tires, and they even noticed my filters were dirty which previous mechanic never asked. I really appreciate the service to my vehicle.
