The staff at Melanie Lyn at the Pen Center St. Catharines are amazing. Customer service is outstanding and I have shopped there for years. They truly understand everyone's needs!!

I have just read the two reviews by Joan, I was in Melanie Lyne recently and the staff were so friendly and helpful, its hard to believe she was so upset at not being greeted and write a review about it. To all the staff you do a great job.
