I have been coming to this location for 9+ years for basic oil changes, and have also had some additional work done on my vehicle as well. Dawn is great and always very friendly and accommodating. My last 2 visits however, Dawn was not there and my experience started to take a turn. My last oil change was in April, I received a phone call while I was waiting to pick up the car, and was advised my air filter was really dirty and needed to be replaced. My air filter was literally replaced one week prior to my visit to Midas. He told me he would take a pic to show me the filter, which never happened and once I returned home, I verified what I already knew that my filter was completely clean and actually very white. I recently added washer fluid and while under the hood we checked my oil, and were completely devastated when we realized I had absolutely NOT ONE DROP OF OIL in my vehicle. Completely bone dry. How long have I been driving around like this???? My car is well maintained, doesn't leak or burn oil at all. What is the explanation for this. I cannot believe how disappointed I am in discovering this. I have been a very loyal customer for years, raving about the service here. Now I will not return to this or any other Midas as I cannot take the chance on this ever happening again. Charging me 60+ dollars for an oil change, only to find out.. there was absolutely no oil in my vehicle at all.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a appointment for a oil change and showed up 10 min early. 45 minutes after my appointment time the service person came up to the person next to me and told them that they should replace something on there car and it would cost them $450. The gentlemen said that he had to be somewhere in a half hour the service guy said oh we can get you out in time. Right after that a other service person came up to me now I have been waiting 50 min after my appointment time. And says we cannot due your oil change today....asked if I wanted to make another appointment ? why would I because apparently appointments don't mean that you will get any work done unless it's a major job that they can make more money on. I do not recommend going there very disappointed.
