Amazing experience! I went to Mini curious about trading in my vehicle and within a few days they were able to help me find the Mini Countryman of my dreams! The help I received from the sales team at Mini St. Catharines was in a class of its own, diligent with care for the customer. A special thank you to Taylor, Elaine, and Matthew for all their help and continued patience through the process. I can easily reccomend this team to anyone looking to upgrade their current vehicle. The Mini has been incredible, thanks again Mini St. Catharines!

We had a great experience purchasing our first MINI through Elaine this past week. She was super helpful and informative from start to finish and accommodated our request for a very quick turn-around time to pick up the vehicle. Bought my jcw mini copper countryman from mini st Cathrine and they made the experience seem-less and fast. They got me in and out with no issues or run around. My salesman, Andre , is top notch and made the whole car buying process easy and smooth. I highly recommend buying a car here and see Andre !and honestly I was offer from the dealership I used for 10 years and now I m proudly become mini members! Best dealer ever !

The whole sales team at this dealership is absolutely fantastic. It was a pleasure to deal with everyone along the way, especially Andre , my sales rep. He was very accommodating with every request and question I had, let me go on several test drives, and led a very simple, straightforward sales process. Excellent car dealer. We love our new Mini, drives like a dream, zooms along in comfort, roomy interior and tons of pep. Purchasing the car from salespeople Dane, Tailor, and Elaine was smooth and easy. They answered all our questions and made us a good deal too. What's not to like at this Mini store.

What a great team! I can't say enough about the wonderful experience I just had while buying my beautiful new Mini. From the get-go, Melanie (Bryson) was engaging, super helpful and truly excited for me! This team made it so easy/comfortable (even the finance part) thanks very much Matthew (Vrabcenjak). The turnaround time was incredible - 3 days from purchase to pick-up AND they did some tinting for me during that time! On pick-up day, they arrange dedicated time to teach you about the Mini and all the bells/whistles - a great touch and personalized time with Mike (Demers), thanks for your patience/expertise! My husband told me "he wished he'd had this experience when buying his last vehicle", he's right, you want this experience!! Thanks again Team Mini St. Catharines - off now for a drive to anywhere :)
