Professionalism and courtesy is what keeps me coming back to More Than Tires. It's rare to find a business these days where the staff actually remembers your face, let alone your name.
Peter and his team are absolutely the best. His customer service is outstanding, takes the time to understand my concerns, explains everything thoroughly and provides detailed updates.
I would absolutely recommend them for any issues with your car.

Peter, one of the front desk people, was rude and unprofessional. He hanged up on my phone before I finished talking. It seems that he doesn't really care about the customers' concerns and doesn't want any business.
The repairs done in the store were not great either. Their technicians are also incompetent. First, Nick, one of the technicians, left one of my tire cover caps after finishing brake flush. Fortunately, I realized it after 15 minutes of leaving from this repair store. I also noticed that the coolant reservoir tank was empty, although I just asked Nick to do a coolant change. At that time, I thought that my coolant reservoir was leaking. So, I added a coolant by myself to the reservoir tank and as a matter of fact, it was not leaking at all after a few days. Apparently, Nick forgot to add a coolant to the reservoir tank. This is outrageous!
So, what another customer, Vanessa Roukema, wrote here about the fluids not being topped up was also true.
Second, Nick and Ryan also knew that my car was having a small EVAP leak, but they couldn't recommend how to fix it. What they did was only delete the codes. More Than Tires was charging me three times for the same diagnostic tests, which detected small EVAP leaks!
Third, Andrew was also not able to fix the low brake pedal. He seemed confused and asked me to come back again since he did not know what was going on and had to figure it out first. Peter is very angry because I didn't come back and didn't leave a message to cancel the second appointment. Why should I come back the second time if the technician could not figure it out why my car has a low brake pedal? However, I have already paid for Andrew's diagnostic test. Peter forgot that I had already scheduled a gas filter replacement appointment. However, he informed me that it couldn't be done on the scheduled day because all the technicians were busy.
Peter, the rude front desk employee, hung up on me when I called to inquire about Andrew's suggestion for replacing the flex lines. Peter said that he had lost a half-day because I did not send a message to cancel the second appointment. I have spent a lot of money at More Than Tires, replacing tires and repairing my car, but this is how Peter treated me as a customer? I always have to do air tire pressures after buying new tires from More Than Tires. Before coming here to change my tires, I seldom did the air pressure in my tires. Don't buy tires and repair your car here!

I've been going to various places in Niagara and since changing to more than tires I have felt super welcome, always a quick service and affordable! They've even repaired what one of the other places couldn't! So impressed :)

I pulled into this tire shop at 4:45 on Friday August 4 th. I had a flat tire on my 2929 Volvo. To my absolute dis belief the manager at the counter told me he had taken his last client, sorry come back Monday. But I have a flat, can u not have a look. NO. I Volvo customer service and spoke to someone from USA they said they would send someone from Mississauga, be there in 94 minutes. I called CAA after about an hour wait in heat. Showed up in 15 minut removed tire , told me I need new one, put donut on and off I went 5 minutes maybe. Goodyear is not in the tire business and certainly not in customer service business. Look elsewhere.Marc Séguin

I have been dealing with More Than Tires for quite some and I have always received exceptional customer service. Up until recently, I’ve only had tires ordered and maintained from them; new brakes were also required at my last visit and they thoroughly explained the cost breakdown and service to be performed. I am very happy to recommend More Than Tires.
