Very bad experience, they don't care about the quality of work, few boys do the job and the owner doesn't care about how the boys cleaned it or not. Very unprofessional approach, highly recommend to "not to Go"!
They charged me $200 for just washing my car! They call it detailing but it was nothing but a car wash!

Alex has went above and beyond. New Shine gave my car a ceramic coat, and Alex picked me up in my car, a 2008 Mustang Convertible, I was waiting out front for him, when he came around the corner I was in shock, I couldn't believe that was mine, it looked brand new. I was so impressed. They even installed a modern stereo for me, and a back up camera for what I thought was a reasonable price. Thank you Alex and Ethan. I would recommend New Shine to anyone. Do you know I dropped in the other day, Alex wasn't there his son Colton was he's a Mustang lover to, he actually offered to wash my car for free. That's the kind of people at New shine, of course I said no. Then finally Alex pulled in, $20, not bad for a professional hand wash. Thanks Colton!!!

I brought my car in for ceramic coating and PPF a bit over a month ago and the car was driven to another shop for PPF installation without warning that the car will be driven. I’ve asked Alex for warranty receipt for the PPF and have reminded him multiple times to provide it to me but has failed to do so. Ceramic coating has been good in providing protection to the paint and have needed less frequent washes but I do wish paint correction was offered as the orange peel was more noticeable after the application.Service: Paint protection

Called New Shine Car Care with a bit of an emergency cleanup after someone vomited in my car. They were able to get my car in the next day, and I was able to pick it up the day after that.Smell and stains are completely gone - plus the rest of the car looks as good as the day I got it!!Good pricing, and great work to back it up.
