“I was in a hurry and didn’t think I had enough time for a much needed oil change but stopped in anyways. There were 2 cars waiting but within 15 minutes a bay opened up and I drove in. The staff were friendly and helpful. They assessed my needs and asked me what I wanted and completed the oil change in no time. They made me feel like a valued customer. They noticed a few things that were a little worn but didn’t try to upsell me on extras that I didn’t need. Thank you again and looking forward to my next oil change at Jiffy Lube!”
