A size exchange for 1 item was too complex for the employee working and I got charged 3 times what I initially paid for the item.. it was his error but even after calling manager over she told me to call the 1-800 number lol

Great variety of clothing, not like it used to be. But I do wish they would have more plus size in all of the clothing, not just optional clothing they are supposed to be inclusive, not partially inclusive
