I love to walk into the store and get greeted by amazing staff. Very organized and clean. When dropping off stuff to sell, they are updated with technology and very quick. They communicate well.

Prices are very fair compared to new retail items. They have a huge selection on clothing for kids of all ages. Aisles are small so not really ideal for strollers. Tons of gear(swings/seats/bouncers etc) the staff are quick and efficient when going through clothing. I have never had bad service in this store.

Went in to buy my daughter a coat and when I got to the cash, they tried to make me pay $120, When I explain that the tag said 60 they then wanted me to pay 80. The workers were very rude and I ended up just leaving without buying anything. I ended up buying a new coat at the outlet mall for $60.
