These guys didn’t give me all the information and screwed me over when I came back to exchange my battery. I bought a new battery from them, they said “when you get the battery changed, come back with the old battery and we’ll refund you $20”. I did exactly that and now they’re claiming I need a receipt, which was never mentioned when I bought the battery. It should be illegal to withhold information like this during a sale

Usually have what you need, but double check your getting the right part for the right vehicle. Ordered front hubs for 4x4 colorado, and gave me 2 wheel drive ones. Didn't look in box until I got home! Had to go back

I just bought it a couple of days ago, and it comes without lubricant and without clipps for the pads ..
knowing it's the primum one, not the regular, as the employee said. the quality and the service are too bad for this product.
The same product online it comes with all the kit ( lubricant + clipps).
Do not buy it from here. it's worth it.

The parts guy tried to get me to convince me the first year the Nissan Rogue was made is 2012 and he tried to get me to buy the wrong size wiper blade.

I was referred one of my friends to this place to get a pair of wipe blade. I was told that Partsource would assist to install the blades. When I was asking for help, he refused it and said: We don’t want to spend 45 mints for this installation. I was pretty upset by the way of responding, he could just had a simple way to say: unfortunately, we are not longer provide this service! I am wondering if I was treated differently?

Matt was outstanding! He confirmed the size of wipers I needed when I asked and even installed them for me at no cost! I miss this type of service and will definitely be back!!

You call about a quote come in and they say it’s $70 more then what they said... lies!!! Trying to sell the highest price item when they see you, that old lady at the counter should be retrained or fired for lying.
