This place is a drop-off location various delivery company the choose not to deliver to your address they are a good place to pick up your product however we shouldn't need companies such as this because the delivery companies should be delivering the product tour address this is what we pay for so I am in agreement that England pickup is a good place however the companies that use them are lazy and choose not to deliver to your home address

I was very excited to get my order delivered so quickly and close to home. When I arrived the gentleman working behind the counter went to get my order which was a kitchen table and said here you go …. You can use the dolly if you want….with no offer of help to load it into my trunk. Not the best of customer service. Luckily I was able to manage the enormous and heavy boxes into my suv. Not sure I will use this service again.

Got a Ikea counter top sent here and the guys at the front found my order and gave it to me in under 30 seconds. The package was in good condition and I'd recommend anyone paying the fee ( I believe its 5 bucks) to go get your items from this pickup point if you don't have a Ikea close enough.

Just great customer service! We were informed that our pick up was ready and later that one of the boxes was damaged. Our options were clearly explained to us regarding how to deal with the damaged box, so when we arrived for our pick up, we knew what to expect. Once again, our options were explained to us and our delivery was wheeled out to be loaded. Loading assistance was offered but we declined. Overall, a very professional and enjoyable experience. A great way to get IKEA products without having to go to Burlington, better, you get to meet and interact with some great people.

The woman who was there early in the morning when I arrived was extremely friendly, so helpful and went above and beyond to help meout. Everything went very smoothly and efficiently! I was asked for my order number, my items were gathered from the back and brought out on a rolling cart for me, I pulled my car out front and loaded the items up.Finally a spot to pickup IKEA instead of driving to Burlington!
