I just purchased a used vehicle from Performance Toyota. This is the second time I've purchased through Performance Auto Group (last was with Performance Hyundai) and have always had an awesome experience.
They went above and beyond to ensure I was confident with my purchase, which was appreciated a little extra right now as I just had my first baby a few weeks ago and this will be our primary family vehicle. I never felt any pressure through the shopping or purchasing process, and they were very transparent about vehicle history and warranty options. I will add that Performance Toyota offers great warranty options for Used vehicles at a very reasonable price.
Keaton, Zakk, and Shawna, thank you all for your help in wrapping up my purchase!

Terrible Sales Customer Services from both Lexus and Toyota at this Dealership. No one reached back on the Lexus side for a cash and trade-in sale. No Toyota Test Vehicles , incorrect information given, Toyota Staff standing around chatting whilst Customer waiting. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOCATION

Zakk B & Derick S were awesome & super friendly & made me feel part of the family & will recommend them to anyone that's looking for a vehicle & enjoyed the swag, unfortunately my son stole my tumbler I got lol, my kids are also happy for the new vehicle & will take time to learn all the new buttons, I was shown but forgot.
Glad You have 2 great staff on your team forgot to add also very honest was buying 2016 Sante Fe, when I went to get was told too much wrong , got 2015 Sante Fe & it has more features picked up my new ride today 10-16-24

My visit was a nightmare. They brought over 3 different parts that didn't fit. Then they said have to oder part from toyota Canada. Couldn't drive car home had to find my own way home. Now I have to go back to pick up car today at some point. The part isn't covered by warranty due to bumped a parking block and put a minor Crack on bumper. They said this caused a part in the strut to break lose. Now I'm out $317+ taxes. I'm so upsett.

I had been advised by a couple of people not to purchase from Performance however I apparently need to follow my own rabbit holes. My Camry is fantastic however during my purchase I asked if I could service with my own technician or if it would void my warranty...sales didn't know, finance guy didn't know but he did ask me why I would do that when my service was free for the warranty period. Skip a beat to 6 months later when I call for my first service. Lo and behold.....not free and now denying that was ever said. Long story short, if you're buying here, get EVERYTHING in writing or hit record. I asked to escalate my issue but no call back from senior management. Poor Performance Toyota
