I had the absolute pleasure of getting my hair done by Simone at Picasso's Salon, and I couldn’t be happier! She gave me the most beautiful haircut—exactly what I had envisioned. Simone is not only incredibly talented, but also so kind, sweet, and genuinely professional. Her attention to detail and the care she puts into her work made the whole experience feel so special. I’m beyond grateful I found her. Thank you so much, Simone—you’ve gained a client for life!

My wife had a Cezanne treatment and cut. Booked the appointment on a Tuesday as the website clearly states there is a Cezanne Promo on Mon & Tues (promo $250.00, reg $425.00). The total was $667.88 w/tip. I complained, and they explained that her hair required extra product and time. The website didn't list any qualifications with the promo price. Obviously, they charged her the full price, plus. Be aware that the prices on their website mean nothing!

This was my first time at this salon and it was truly amazing. From the moment I walked in till the moment I left. I got a wash, cut and style by Juho and she did an amazing job. Cut it to the length I wanted and styled it how I wanted as well. So kind and friendly too. Will definitely return!!

I want to thank Juho for a wonderful experience at the salon today. It was my first time at this salon and I came in for a wash, cut and blow dry. The whole process felt very luxurious between the scalp massage during the washing process to all the awesome products she used. I absolutely loved the way my hair turned out. It smells and looks amazing. Juho is a very talented stylist and was so kind and personable to talk to. Would absolutely recommend!

We went here for my daughters first haircut. Sarah D was so lovely and sweet. She took such good care of my daughter. She was gentle and everything my daughter wanted for her first wash/cut and style!

I love Picasso's salon. I've been going there for about 3 years now. Amber always does my colour and Simone always cuts my hair. Let me tell you they are Awesome! I have never been happier with my hair ☺️ Also, i always feel welcome and everyone is very professional.

My experience at Picasso's was mostly great! The facility is beautiful and my stylist left me with an incredible cut.
My issue and something everyone should be aware of is their prices online are NOT what they charge in store. I ended up paying almost DOUBLE what I anticipated. I thought this was pretty scummy practice... and when I brought it up at checkout, receptionist said those prices were "old" and didn't honour them... despite them being the prices they advertise?! She basically said oh well these are the prices here's the machine to pay. Not the best experience at the end but overall a good salon.

After much research, thanks to my cousin Sabrina, I finally found a professional and very experienced colourist to blend my hair to match my grey roots and help me transition to my natural gray hair. No more roots for this girl!
I’m about 50/50 grey, so it’s not as shocking a transition as I imagined but a significant-enough transition for me who’s been sporting dry curly hair with on & off-trend blonde/light highlights for the past 25+years (and on & off roots for the past 10 years!).
With that said, I must must must share that I’m SOOOOO happy with the final results of my blend!!!! Amber a 22-year veteran from Picasso's Salon And Spa in St Catharines (yes, she’s worth the drive to Niagara!), my grey hair specialist/artist of the century did an incredible job of matching my roots!! Big Bonus: She’s a perfectionist! What more can one ask for when it comes to an “emotionally difficult” physical change!
If you’re thinking of transitioning to grey, if you’re on the fence because you worry about the result, worry no-longer, take the plunge & rock your natural hair! Amber will take care of you!
Ps: Take the conditioning treatment and the davines products!
