The store has a solid selection of trendy clothes, with everything easy to look through. The buying process is smooth and prices are generally reasonable, offering brand names for more than half price off. However, some note that certain items, like sweatpants, can be priced high for their worn condition, and occasionally items may have a stain. The staff receives mixed feedback; many find them super great, very kind, friendly, and helpful without being overbearing. Others note that some staff are less engaging. Customers appreciate the text promotions and enjoy coming in to see what they have, often finding a handful of amazing items.
