I’m always greeted immediately upon entering the store and asked if I need any assistance finding what Im looking for. The staff is always polite, knowledgeable and very helpful. They take their time with you and answer all of your concerns.Great customer service.

I came and in for the new Ghost Nutter butter whey protein powder!
I was also asking about creatine and what it actually does to help your workouts. The employee which I'm sorry I forgot her name was very informative and also gave me ideas on reverse dieting . I haven't seen anymore results in awhile and stuck at a low calorie intake. Love going in the St Catharines location, everyone I've spoken with are genuine and helpful! Thanks for the great experience ?
