I was going to open an account and get a credit card with PC Financial, but wanted to talk to someone to hear details on options. I first stopped at a Zehr's in Niagara Falls and they told me I could talk to someone at this Superstore location, they will be open. I arrived at the kiosk at 10:50am where I saw a sign indicating the hours for today (Saturday) were in fact 10:00am-6:00pm. Nobody was working; however, there was a sign saying, "sorry we missed you. We'll be back at:" 11:00. So I waited. I was getting annoyed, but had travelled 20 minutes so I decided to give PC Financial a call. The telephone operator, Joey, said there was nothing they could do and that the signage was incorrect. I informed him that online the hours also indicated 10:00am to 6:00pm. I asked for the actual hours of operation. He told me he couldn't provide hours of operation and that they've been having trouble staffing this location. I asked, "why would I possibly join your bank if it's hours are false and there clearly won't be anybody to help you if you need it? What incentive will you provide to change my mind?" Joey, then said,"there's nothing I can do". This doesn't sound like a bank that will put the customer first. I provided 2 photos. One showing the empty kiosk and one showing the signage indicating operational hours that are incorrect. Maybe they should replace them with a hiring sign.

Owen was incredibly thorough, kind and really made us feel comfortable. He explained everything in detail and didn’t make us feel pressured. He signed up my boyfriend for the credit card and we feel confident that we can earn so many points as a frequent shopper of Superstore! Thank you Owen, and I will tell all my friends and family of the service I received here! 5 stars!

My wife and I had an amazing experience with Daphne. She was so personable, and was quick to answer all our questions. She made the entire process flawless and easy, and wasn't pushy with stuff we didn't want or need once we explained what our purpose was. Thanks Daphne!
