I cannot possibly say enough good things about Regional Doors & Hardware!
Over the past couple of years, I've had all of the entry doors in my house replaced by them. The quality and style of these doors is exceptional. The workmanship on the installation is remarkable. The customer service is second to none! I've dealt with everyone from the owner to the counter personnel to the installer, and everyone has been professional, pleasant and courteous. The installer was prompt and he cleaned up everything nicely.
Over the course of installing all the doors, if a small glitch occurred (which can sometimes happen), it was dealt with promptly and professionally. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is in need of new doors.
Thank you Regional Doors for making this project such a pleasant experience!

Brad is a very polite and honest young man . He helped me reprogrammed my garage door a couple of months ago. It was an old model and he needed to find the right remote control for it. So glad he found it and reprogrammed the remote. finally I don’t have to get off the car and use the keypad to open the door. Today he helped me with another problem and like always he got the job done nice and quick! Very happy with the service! Definitely recommend Brad !

I can’t thank and commend the staff at Regional enough for rescuing us in replacing the springs in our garage door. As a caregiver for a nonagenarian the garage has become the only safe option for us entering and exiting the house. A broken spring no longer made that possible. A company out of Niagara Falls that I’d dealt with 5 days previously was adamant that it’d be at least a week before they could come back. I called Regional and explained our situation to Josie. She arranged for a technician to come by the next day…at a much cheaper estimate than the first company quoted. Caleb was polite, professional and got the job done quickly before moving on to his next call. A genuinely positive experience on all fronts. Can’t thank you all enough and will recommend w/o hesitation to family friends and customers at the store where I work. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!!!

Sales was good but when something goes wrong…forget it! Cable broke on garage door opener and car stuck inside. I as a senior, can not lift the garage door and have no family here. Friends?we are all seniors. I was told they could give me a date 17 days hence! When I said I require my car before 17days, I was told to “find someone else” in the yellow pages. I did …Niagara Doors. Guess who gets my business next time!

Amazing service. I called up to get a garage door opener installed. Josey called me back, got all details, provided information, scheduled it. The crew turned up on time, were done within an hour. Explain led everything, cleaned up. The charges and invoice came on time. I recommend them.

I went there on a Friday to do a quick purchase but when I was there I saw it closed and all the employees were leaving from the store I asked them at what time they close and they said at 4 pm but it was far earlier than 4 pm. If you guys close at 4 pm then keep it open until 4 pm. Do not close by 3:45 pm you lazy people.

Gave me 2 different quotes on the same door.... got a price the first time, told him I’d call him back and he added 100$ to the door as if I did something wrong by saying I’ll call him back. Thank god I did more looking after his stupid mark up, I found it WAY cheaper than the original offer he gave me to begin with on a better steel door+ Installation. These Rip offs think I went shopping somewhere and couldn’t find a door so they tried to mark it up when in all reality I was just too busy. Thank you because I saved over 250$ by not coming here.
