I went in to return items and possibly find a different size. The lady that helped was super nice and funny. She explained the sizes will differ base on material and size. She also confirmed that she had the same pants and they didn’t pill (big thighs problem lol). It was a super great encounter and I would go back again.
Update: I went back and she was just as pleasant as the time before. Oh and her name is Amber ?

What a wonderful experience I had at Rickis at the Pen Center. Mandy helped me, and she was so patient and so helpful. I told her my struggles, and she listened and came to me with solutions. I needed a wardrobe overhaul, and I left with all my basics, including a winter coat, jean jacket, and leather jacket. I have been dreading going out to look for clothes as my experience at other stores is the lack of knowledge, customer service, and not a great selection. Well that was not the case here, I was so happy with my choices, and the service from Mandy and Amber was top-notch! Thank you, ladies!

Was disappointed with the service here. I picked up an online order and needed to change the size of one of the items in the package . The item was not in-stock in store so I asked the salesperson to do the exchange for me, so I could receive the same sale price I had in the online order. She was for some reason unable to process the exchange and told me I would have to do it myself at home - which means I will not receive the sale price i originally paid. A second item I wanted to order again in a different colour and she told me she couldn’t help with that either because they have no access in store to online items from different brands they sell. Why offer ship to store if the store can’t help with the order anyway?

Very poor customer service. In all the times that I’ve walked inside this store, I have never ever been approached or greeted by their staff. On one occasion, I needed help but couldn’t get it. I walked off and went to Laura and Melanie Lynn store instead & it was great experience. I will never shop here.

Christine was absolute phenomenal! We came in close to close ( unknowingly) and she was so accommodating. She told me not to rush and helped me pick out some great pieces for my new position on Monday! Very thankful for her amazing customer service!

I found a pic of a dress on sale but couldn't find it online. It also wasn't in the store. The sales clerk found it and ordered it for me. Quick and easy!

Very rude staff. The girl literally pushed my purse out of the way. Then proceeded to go through the rack right beside, pushing the clothes towards me while I was trying to put something back.No acknowledgment of me either. I will not be returning here.

What great service! I went shopping at Ricki’s on December 23. All staff was ready to help. I showed a photo of an item I wanted to match (top to go with pants) and got 3 options! 3 people then helped me with recommendations for other items. I even got to order one item to be delivered to my house! I walked out with 5 items, and one on the way! Can’t wait to wear my new clothes. The staff was knowledgeable about their inventory and about fashion. Thanks.
