I was just there an hour or two ago, and there were two ladies there, both of which showed me such amazing customer service. I was just going to exchange something, but I will definitely be back! I just moved back into the Niagara region, and I could not be happier to be near this Roots location. The clothing selection is stellar, the staff is beyond helpful, and always give the best sizing advice. Looking forward to way too much spending!! ??
