The manager was very rude and unhelpful. The company has two different item numbers for the same product and she portrayed it as our fault. Such a disrespectful manager. Never shopping here again. Will report the manager to the respective authorities.

Quick review for the associate Will. I walked into the store to find a tie for a dress shirt that I bought from another store. Will was able to guide me to a solid navy tie that would go great with it. It made the experience and shopping very enjoyable and pleasant with him. On top of that he was able to provide me deals with Store promotion and CAA Members discount!

Great customer service today from Ethan at RW & Co. Penn Centre location. I had an online return and Ethan was polite and knowledgeable and made the process easy. Returns can be stressful, but not this time. Ethan was also helpful showing me merchandise in the store. I will shop here again for sure. Thank you Ethan.

Updated review:
I have spent upwards of a thousand dollars at this location on dress shirts. When I contacted them regarding options for exchange one one shirt due to poor sewing/threading coming loose and fraying not even a week after buying (washed only twice & following washing instructions to a tee), I was told there was no option for exchange or refund.
It's not unreasonable to want to exchange a shirt that you pay a premium for that has fraying issues a week in. This has happened on one other shirt of mine from them, and had it sewn/repaired at a shop assuming it was a one time issue.
I will be considering new stores for my dress clothes from now on. It's an inconvenience to pay a premium on clothes that are meant to last, that have issues a week in and no form of resolution other than a copy paste (likely bot) response to my google review.
While the person over the phone was nice and respectful, I am still left with no actual resolution. Hopefully rw&co website support will provide a reasonable solution.

For my birthday I received a 25 dollar off email from RW. At the Pen Centre I used the email discount and was questioned rudely by the Manager of the store asking if this sweater was for me personally. I said yes and she raised her eyebrows and made a face and her body gestures that she did not believe me. She was very intimidating and I walked away feeling hurt and belittled . I phoned customer service head office and was told that you can use the gift for anyone that it does not have to be for you. I could have bought the sweater online and they don’t question you about it fitting you personally. I went to the store today and spoke to the assistant manager who said she was sorry but that she could not give me the District managers phone number to make them aware of this issue. It was very poor customer service and I would not recommend this store at all.

Disappointing Quality and Customer Service
I recently purchased an expensive shirt from RW & Company, and my experience has been incredibly frustrating. After wearing the shirt for just an hour, I noticed it had ripped. I went back to the store to exchange it, hoping for a resolution, but the staff member I spoke with was unhelpful and dismissive. Despite having my receipt and tags, she told me there was nothing she could do.
For a brand that charges premium prices, I was expecting a much higher level of quality and customer service. Instead, I received a product that fell apart almost immediately and was met with indifference when I sought assistance. This has left me extremely disappointed.
I cannot recommend RW & Company based on this experience. If you’re considering spending your hard-earned money here, I suggest you think twice. Save yourself the trouble and look for better options elsewhere

I recently purchased a suit from RW&CO for my brother's wedding, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff was extremely helpful, guiding me through their selection with great suggestions while also allowing me to try on multiple sizes and styles. They made sure the fit was just right, ensuring I looked my best for the big day. I’m very satisfied with my purchase and will definitely be returning when it’s time for a new suit. Highly recommend!

Ya so I go to return a suit I purchased which I did not wear and will not need which has a receipt and the loop around tag with the cost still on, but I was not allowed to return claiming that the suit was worn and the loop around tag was not attached, the tag is looped around every suit, it’s not a permanently attached tag. I find extremely unfair and unacceptable, lady who initially took my suit for the return was about to process it, but someone from the back comes in to check like she’s already decided she won’t process it. The return policy clearly states I can return a merchandise if it’s not worn, washed, and the price tag still on. The rw and co at Catherine’s won’t honour these terms. Never going back to rw and co again, thanks lady, I actually liked rw and co thanks for ruining it for me.

I was at the store yesterday, soon enough I decided to try some clothes on as I was entering th fitting room one of the girls came and asked me if I took someone’s change room over ?, I told her that a lady just left and I kindly asked her if she was done than entered . She looked at me so weird. The fitting room was fool of dust like the floor looked horrible I took pictures . I did mention that to the cashier she didn’t seem to care a lot about it honestly . I told her am gonna give you guys a review , she told me go for it I was very disappointed with the service at that store .

The customer service was absolutely horrible. The main manger had a bad attitude with very dry cut responses during my entire visit. I finally decided on what I wanted and right before I tapped my card she took it from me saying I couldn’t use it because the name was different. I explained that the credit card was my brothers and that I can bring him into the store for verification but was shut down immediately in a very disrespectful way. I have a lot of friends who shop at your store and will be letting them know about the experience I had today!

The behaviour of the staff is so unacceptable and unethical. Sold me a previously worn suit with deodorant stain shirt because someone tried it before. When I returned them she was like yes it’s okay. I went to my car to get my card and then she’s like I’m not accepting the return. Such odd behaviour. You should definitely avoid this branch and go to the one in the Niagara outlet. I’m not mad about her not returning the items it’s just the way she talked with condescension.

Was going to buy a couple shirts for my partner but almost immediately as I walked in security followed me around the entire store and the staff wouldn’t even greet or pay attention to me. It was uncomfortable and I just left.

After spending thousands of dollars (excluding 9 suits purchased for my wedding) in the last 1.5 years at this location, my first ever return/exchange of an unworn item has been rejected due to an unattached tag. Truthfully the tag does need to be attached for an item to meet their policy, however brand loyalty seems to mean nothing.While removing the tag was completely my fault, I had really hoped that the manager Alise would take this opportunity to show off the company's appreciation of their long-time customers by simply issuing a $59 gift card.Sadly this single experience is enough for me to forego the love of their product and shop elsewhere. I hope this experience will not be shared by anyone.
