I give this branch one star, the lowest star rating I could post. Just ridiculous there today. . I stood in line for 45 minutes to pay one bill due tomorrow and watched the circus there. Low talking rude women at the wicket, too much a chitty chatty Manager. The line was almost out the door and everyone works at the slowest speed imaginable. Some things people were asking , should have completed off the side by making a appointment with a bank specialist

I booked an appointment with Rana Prashant, which led to wasted time with the incompetence and lack of knowledge and interest to help with my banking needs. I do not recommend an appointment and saving your time in making any appointments and being belittled and talked over with every excuse why he can't do his job properly. Worst representative, I have ever had banking with scotia for over 15 years. The ignorance of this certain person.

Terrible customer service!!! Only one competent employee. I was greeted with rudeness and lack of care in my case. I’ve came to them with my problem multiple times in a row, and they still have yet to resolve it. It’s been over a month! This makes me want to transfer to another bank.

That bank is more of a scamming cooperation....... don't open an account or invest any money there.....not recommended.....avoid at all costs.....once you put your money there, you will have very hard time to access it and is very restricted. AVOIDDDDDDDDDDD

Just terrible. I have never experience such awful customer service. I'm already going through an emotional time as executor to my brother-in-law and to not get anyone to return my emails without me begging for answers is so unprofessional. The long waits in the line are ridiculous. So many elderly people struggling to stand in the line that long. I do have to shout out to finally getting help from Amy the Mgr who had to reach out to her staff to answer me. Helen is also a friendly teller. Financial advisors and Estate Dept need to work together and communicate more with their clients. I'm not sure who is at fault at this point.

This branch has always tried to help me when they could. Polite and friendly. Very helpful. Manager is amazing and one teller actually took the time to set up my online banking information on my phone! I had no idea how to do it. Kind and helpful. 5 out of 5

I’m pretty certain the night watch is peeing on these ATMs. They reek of urine. They also refused to dispense any cash to me. These issues appear to be unrelated.

This place is excruciatingly slow!! Most employees including manager talking in the office while 3 tellers get stuck with all the angry people who have just waited 30 mins in line in a bank that is barely even air conditioned. I don’t know why I bank here at this point.

Your atms are horrible. No matter what amount of bills I deposit it always rejects some. Took me 4 times to deposit $400. Next time this happens I'll just use my cibc accounts exclusively.
