“I have been using the Lake Street storage facility since February 2019 and I have been pleased with the service of this company. The grounds are well maintained and the snow is removed daily in the winter so I can access my storage at any time. Although the storage is outdoors and not in a controlled environment, my furniture over the years have been well protected because of ventilation that comes through the storage. There’s a gate with an access code that allows only renters to be able to come through which allows me to feel comfortable about the safety of my belongings. I highly recommend this storage facility.”
“I have a family member living there who has a travelling lifestyle, and we need to rent regularly. The service at Abbott, most specifically with Mike, was exemplary and stood out far above and beyond any other company we'd used in the area. He even went to the extra effort of sending me an email when my family member had checked in and everything was tucked and stored safely. Customer service five stars, administration, five stars, being downright good humans, five stars. As far as I'm concerned there is no other choice in the area. Thank you again Mike and Abbott self storage for alleviating all my concerns with our belongings.”
“Absolutely fantastic storage unit, and business management. I rented here for about a year with 0 issues. Safe, secure, weather proof. I had no issues with moisture etc on anything in my units. I cleared out enough space in my home to bring back all my belongings. The owner (Kelly) worked with me re:payment since I left only a week into the month. Serge was very friendly and polite and helped me with the admin aspect of both moving in, and out. If I ever need a storage unit again, ill definitely be going back.”
“Needed to get a storage unit for the winter to hold my extra belongings. This place had the best reviews compared to the other storage places. I called up and was told it was first come first serve. Got there and was lucky enough to get the last unit in the size i needed 5 x 10 at a decent price. 80$ a month. Very pleased i got lucky and everything went so smoothly.”
“Paul and his staff were great. I would highly recommend using Mighty Movers for your next move- I know I will for any future moves. Reliable, fair, and punctual.”
“Excellent customer service. Had an issue getting into the building and the owner answered my phone call and was on site in 10 minutes. This was after hours on a Saturday.
Have been renting for 3 years and never had a security issue or concern.”
“Lowest price in St.Catharines! I did my shopping & am so happy I ended up at this place! Incredible owner who is so so nice. Very accommodating when it comes to moving in whenever you may need. Made my stressful moving process so much better ending up at a place like this!”
