Had a terrible experience at this location, was dealing with the manager I think her name was Olivia , staff had so much attitude and very judge / Profiling, I took my business somewhere else without hesitating, too bad employees like this make companies lose so much business, what a shame having this kind of management and employees

We were interested in buying a cologne. We asked one of the floor workers to get a bottle of the one we were interested in out of the drawer after we had decided on the tester. She didn’t even open the drawer, but said she was “pretty sure” that one was discontinued because she looked for it “recently” and couldn’t find it. She didn’t even check on like either. She then just walked away. I wasn’t buying it so I grabbed a different employee and had her check. She was lovely and opened the drawer. Lone behold - they had the 50 mL, 100 mL and the refill. We then purchased over $350 worth of the cologne. One employee almost cost the store this sale by being simply too lazy to open a drawer.

Horrible experience at this Sephora , the employee not only made me purchase the wrong item after I clearly stated what item I wanted to drop and proceeded to laugh as if something was funny, not only did they refuse to refund me the points that she wasted I had to purchase an item I did not want. Truthfully a horrible experience, horrible employe horrible service

This location in particular is often out of stock on all of the products and/or shade that I’m always looking for. Pretty frustrating. This location is right around the corner from me but I always find myself having to go to Niagara.
Also, I find it hard to understand how such popular products are constantly being taken out of the store and have become online only, or shelving displays keep shrinking just to make room for lower quality products that are trending due to 12 year olds on TikTok.

I used to go to Sephora to have a good time, I gave birth a few months ago and November is my birthday month , today I went to this location and I was so excited to grab my birthday gift but unfortunately the lady at the cashier there is a lady with gray hair decided to make me feel like a beggar and spoil my joy .for years I used to get a birthday gift without having to buy anything but today the lady said with all rudeness that they don't have any gifts and to order them online and I have to buy something anyway knowing that I bought what I needed last month and I don't have anything I need this month, all I wanted was the pleasure of getting a gift like every year but what I got was feeling embarrassed in front of myself and my husband and leaving while I was very sad and disappointed, it is really sad that people are treated in this rude way at sephora instead of being welcome 😔
