This place employees the unemployable. Read the reviews. This place is full of "Do The Bare Minimum" people. I had a simple script. They had it for 5 hours. I called to check on it. They said they'd get working on it. I get here and it's wrong and they have been sitting do nothing but wasting my time!

The customer service at the pharmacy at this location has downward spiraled significantly! They used to either call or email when your prescription is ready, but they no longer do that. When I call to ask if it's ready, they never answer the phone. If they do answer the phone, they're usually rude or annoyed by your phone call. Prescription refill request are sent to the wrong doctor and then you wait for your refills on necessary medications. Your entire staff needs to be trained in customer service skills.

way over prices. shopper has cheez whiz on sale for 6.99 and at walmart everyday price is 5.49. For over a month now the pharmacy has neglected to register with my insurance for direct billing. Not a huge deal, however - I do not appreciate being given the run around and chastised when inquiring why it hasn't been done since last month. Is my insurance lying to me when they say the registration is a simple phone call from the pharmacy? I'll be finding a pharmacy that will be willing to pick up a phone for me and not continuously blame myself and my insurance for *their* lack of action.

After 8 years we have decided to move our prescriptions to another pharmacy - every interaction seems to be problematic - one of the more recent ones relates to the complementary NARCAN that they gave me (presumably because I had been prescribed an opioid) - when I asked for instructions on how to use it, the pharmacist's English was so bad that I still have no idea how to take/dispense it. More recently, many of our prescriptions seem to be on 'back order (so they dispense what they can, and follow-up on what they 'owe' you), if they even have it in stock (I've also had it happen that a regular medication was 'out of stock'). Finally, they messed up a recent fax transmittal for a maintenance drug repeat from my family doctor. After telling me that the fax had been sent (it had not), they re-sent it & dispensed a 4 day supply (which runs out on the long week-end when I suspect they're closed) . . . . . end of rant !

Should have taken the reviews more seriously, their customer service is deplorable. Don't bother responding to the review Shoppers, it's apparently clear you're doing nothing about it. This comment is to add to the plethora of others, so that other customers can dodge the bullet

I don't know if something has changed in the pharmacy department over the last six months or so but the customer service is really not great. My husband had some issues with the pharmacist and last night I tried to get a UTI prescription but I felt like she kept putting me off because the lineup was too long and then finally said I should get my doctor to give me the prescription. At 8:30 at night there's no way I'm getting into any doctors. So I went to the Walmart pharmacy and they had no problem doing the paperwork and helping me. This used to be my go to pharmacy but it will not be in the future

I always have a good experience with the pharmacy specially with the guys answering the phone, but today it's a very disappointing customer service from someone in the pharmacy. I just called the pharmacy today, June 30th at 3:38pm. Nora answered (not sure if I heard the name right) but who ever answered the call at this time you can check that @shopperspharmacy.I did a follow up for my son's Epipen prescription. She asked for my son's first and last name then she said, they still haven't recieved anything. I said, the guy I spoke with last week said he will fax it to our nurse practioner. I'm not saying that the guy did not faxed it. Then Nora told me "probably he did" but we still haven't received any response and IT'S UP TO YOU TOO FOLLOW WITH THE CLINIC.Then I told her, I KNOW IT'S ON ME TO DO SOMETHING, I did call the office of my nurse practioner and left them a voicemail about the prescription but haven't heard anything back, and I am also doing my part to follow up with both the clinic and the pharmacy this week. I KNOW IT'S UP TO ME TO DO THE FOLLOW UP AND THAT'S WHAT I'M DOING!!Then I explained that my son's epipen is expired and what other option do I have. Then Nora said, "you can purchase one" and you can claim it in your insurance.I requested "would please tell me the price"Then Nora said "I don't know the price off-hand"I said "you check it, right"She said, "we're busy, there's line up of people."Then I said "I just need to know the price as I don't have much and I'm trying to figure out if I can afford to buy one now"Then she said, "hang on" it's $136... (it took her not even a minute to tell the price)Why do I need to have a discussion like this before knowing the price? You could have said the price straight rather than saying "I don't know the price, we're busy, line of people, bla bla blawhich took longer conversation!! And again, you don't have to say "IT'S ON ME TO DO SOMETHING",I KNOW THAT! THAT'S WHY I'M DOING A FOLLOW UP!

After being my primary store for a few years, I have finally had enough and will drive out of my way to a different Shoppers location. This one is much more convenient so it's unfortunate how poorly managed this location is.

Dropped off a script for my toddler on a sunday evening. Was told by the pharmacist it would be ready either the following Tuesday or Wednesday as it was a compounded prescription and takes longer to prepare. Called back on the Wednesday, for an updated ETA and was told that I would be receiving a call later in the day for pickup. We are now on the following Thursday, and still no call back. My child's ailment has almost healed on it's own by now. If anyone is looking for a compounding pharmacy, try to find another and avoid this one.

This is a reasonably large standalone store in the Port Plaza shopping centre. It is the large vendor in the centre. This is a short review because I only bought lottery tickets here. I came on a Tue at 17:10. There was only one cashier open and there were 4 people in line, which was unexpected. The transaction was quick and service was courteous. The store is brightly lit and clean. The store is wheelchair accessible. There is free parking in the centre's parking lot. Review 2023-048

The beauty counter staff always have an attitude and think they are better than anyone.....no wonder this location has poor reviews.
