Lots of good stuff at this store. However, I think the staff may need some remedial training.
I called the store at about 4:10PM to ask whether they had what I needed in stock. The young lady on the phone said yes, they had it. I told her I realized that the store closed at 5PM(my mistake), but that I would be there before that.
I arrived at 4:35, only to find that they actually closed at 4:30. One might expect the employee that I spoke with to mention that they were closing in 20 minutes!!!
I’m very disappointed, and will try and find what I need at a different store

Very comfortable place. I was looking for vinyl siding but they don’t sell siding.
A lot of useful materials.

Will no longer make purchases at this company for my business. They charge a environmental fee % ontop of all purchases. Environmental fees are charged for recycling products, fluids etc not contractor supply stores for puchasing drywall corner beads. After looking into it its basically a charge they decided to put on because of greed. Has nothing to do with anything other than being greedy.

Terrible customer service. Ordered top of line Trex decking boards and was given the incorrect cost and incorrect quantity. When I called to complain about the large amount of excess material they basically said 'that's your problem'. Even though they calculated the amount to order. I believe in supporting local businesses but would not recommend this one.

As you can read minorities are not treated the same way as others. What could you expect from all white non-mixed staff? I was looking for 1 Unilock stone which was on display in their parking, went inside they just the model I chose is discontinued, without providing any alternatives. When I asked which one was in stock they told me to go walk in there yard where no Unilock products were to be found. Very unhelpful and unwilling to sell 1pc, I'll never put a foot in this store again or support this business for my landscaping needs.
