Can't believe the contrast between the St. Catharines store and the Fonthill store. Quality and prices are far better at the Fonthill store. Seems like all the stuff in St. Catharines is old and tired whereas Fonthill has more quality products for better prices.

I i’ve been donating and shopping at the Restore for many years, but I have to say my last visit was really disappointing. I pulled up with a trailer full of furniture ready to donate but was not really greeted but more insulted with the observations from the two guys running the donations door. Instead of a thanks for bringing this by and I’m sorry, but we can accept this for this reason they walked around trailer pretty much insulting everything I was donating. They did accept everything I was donating, but the experience for me left me feeling rather angry and insulted. I really will question whether I return. A bit of customer relation training mixed in with a dose of gratitude would be really nice and leave your customers feel good about donating.
