I use the amazon locker here, it works great and the store has good hours to make it a convenient location to safely get your items sent to.

Danny at the print shop was so rude. The lack of customer service was beyond me. We came in to print family photos and requested her assistance in cutting photos and she made it clear that if we were to get her help, she needed to be compensated for it. We asked her to show us demos of the photos before printing and she just didn’t want to show us the demos. While her colleague Meg was sweet and helping those she was assisting, showing them demos and being polite. Danny was sour and rude. Finally she prints our photos and doesn’t pack them up in an envelope. She goes to the machine and requests we pay. I ask, “can I at least get an envelope”. And this woman flings the envelope on the table at me to pack up myself. 0/5 stars for customer service I’m genuinely so annoyed.

We used staples online shop to create our print job. Picked it up the next day, nicely packaged quality printing.

Can you imagine there is one rep and there are six persons lined up to drop packages. This is unacceptable as there seems to be no urgency or regard for people’s time

My husband and I were incredibly impressed by shipping employee Josh at staples in st. Catharines. Our labels were faded and he explained to my husband how to email labels, screenshot and then sent them to him to print at the store. He taped them to our packages as well. My husband went back the next day and he saw my husband and came right over understanding our needs. We had just moved and didn't have our printer up and running. It was incredibly kind and helpful customer service. Josh deserves recognition for his dedication and supportive nature! Thank you Josh

I went in to buy headphones and the guy getting them from the display was rude with attitude I think his name was Richard. It was a very disrespectful interaction, not pleased with my experience. I won’t be coming back.

I brought a Canon TR7020 printer from Staples about a month ago can can’t find the original receipt to return it because this is the worse printer I have ever come across or own it’s not working properly it started with printer one page when I put it to print more than one page and now it not print and always jamming please be aware when choosing this printer.
