What an incredible, TD Branch. The people are so kind, and a pleasure to deal with. Jasim Khan, handled my Mother’s Will. He made this difficult time period, far more bearable. He handled it with dignity, and respect. I couldn’t be, more appreciative! The Branch Manager, made sure all transactions, went smoothly. Another relief, which I needed.

Teller Michael/Michel M? The young teller here miscounted my 1300 cash as about 800 because he was standing around looking hungover. He said you can recount it if you want as if he doesn’t have a machine beside him that can do that. After I recounted he simply do “oh yeah, my mistake” and the managers at the corner desks overhead and didn’t do a thing. Go to another TD.

They’re not helpful at all. The teller did not know how to print a statement for me and she said the only one who can is at lunch now. Wait 30 min till she comes back. Very u professional and very ignorant.

Made an apt to see MR Madzar .at 1 I was very nervous.right away he help me figure out what I need for my small business an personal banking .Mr Madzar help me to get the right credit card an also my credit score as well he took the time to explain everything I needed to know about new credit card .I had no idea .I was so surprised.i would recommend to anyone to give TD Bank a try. They will work with you to achieve your financial goals .
