Made an apt to see MR Madzar .at 1 I was very nervous.right away he help me figure out what I need for my small business an personal banking .Mr Madzar help me to get the right credit card an also my credit score as well he took the time to explain everything I needed to know about new credit card .I had no idea .I was so surprised.i would recommend to anyone to give TD Bank a try. My mother, partner and I went in to open a joint account together with Karishma ( I hope I got that right) and she was an absolute blast to work with. Great sense of humor!! We will definitely be asking for her in the future!!

Recently went in for some banking services, felt with Grant and he was amazing. Explained everything clearly, and worked with me to meet my banking/financial needs. Will definitely be doing my banking here from now on.

Recism at its best.I have witnessed arrogance beyond believe today at this location by so called manger.Today is my third time to witness such recism by the same female individual at this location.TD Bank should investigate on this individual.

I just had to share the very good experience I had tonight, trying to take out a bank draft for a car purchase and Kourtney and Daniel were extremely helpful and kind and personable. If more people were like them the world would be a better place. If there’s any way to contact upper management to let them know how great they are as well I would love that info!! Thank you guys again

If I could give this review 0 stars I would received a check from my insurance company for my vehicle being stolen and they held it for 6 days when the branch manager Eddie Twenebed told me in person at the bank that it would only be 5 days and my check would be released today and of course I login to my bank and it’s not been released and I contact the branch and speak with Eddie he is the most unprofessional person I have ever spoke to yes I was frustrated on the phone again with this bank they are not following through with what they have promised to me and he is telling me things like don’t tell me how to do my job when all I asked was if he contacted the branch that issued the check because it is from a td branch from a reputable insurance company and they are telling me now they are holding it until Tuesday and they arnt going to do anything about it when all they have to do is call the branch to have the account number confirmed and then release the check that simple but no they rather argue with you and tell you that they are done with the conversation when you are just asking valid questions and when you ask to speak to someone above them they tell you that there is nothing they are going to do for you and hang up

I feel sorry for anyone who deals with the TD Canada Trust. They have sure proven to my why they will never get my business they shouldn't even be allowed to operate all they do is give customers excuses and keep your money tied up so they can use it
