Selection of items is good throughout the store. The young lady at the paint counter is very nice and helpful. But as you walk around the rest of the store not much staff are available to assist with questions. The person at the self checkout counter is a little too invasive she grabs the stuff from your basket, scans them for you and watches you complete the purchase in an uncomfortable up close way. She did not do this with other customers so I wish that she helped others too instead of creepily stand shoulder to shoulder. There was no one in the appliance refrigerator area to assist with questions/an order sadly.

I had to rent a washer machine from Home Depot, Bianca from the tool rental desk was absolutely sweet, professional, knowledgeable, and explained how the machine works in a simple but yet very informative way. She really aced her customer service skills. Home depot is lucky to have her. Thank you Bianca.

Anytime I go there for any of my house projects, I have always been helped by the amazing staff and they always get my heavy purchases to my car WITHOUT ANY REQUEST. They appear from literally nowhere. ?
Not all heros wear capes. Some wear Home Depot Aprons!!!

Staff are always helpful and direct you in the right way. One Sals Associate was an older adult and he had years of experience that was helpful to me.

Yeah I get it. You close at 9:00 reminding me every 5 seconds of that when I've been in the store for 20 minutes trying to find something that is supposedly in a location listed on your website only to find that it's not there and just being told that you don't have the thing despite your website saying you do isn't going to make me go faster.

Just picked up a giant package curbside and the young gents that brought it out were SO GREAT. They helped us, even when it wouldn't fit, they unwrapped it and tried again, it fit! They took the garbage with them too! Above and beyond. So kind. Thank you again!!!!
