The Pen Centre is a very fun mall with lots of activities and great stores, including a grocery store, Walmart, discount stores, and great brand names. It has a great food court area, perfect for late night cravings, and amazing dessert made with love. The facility is clean with lots of natural lighting, clean washrooms, and free WiFi. It is centrally located and accessible by transit. While most of the mall is welcoming, one discount store near the entrance has poor customer service. A seasonal pop-up was noted as super cozy and welcoming with friendly staff. The mall is mid-sized and has lost a major department store.
