I went to Universal Collision and they ordered new parts, they could not line the parts up correctly. The fender that was installed by Universal did not line up to the door, causing damage to the door. Also there was overspray of paint. The owner would not fix what they did, and the owner said to me "oh...come on and I did the best I could" I wad overcharge for the poor work that was done. Had to take the car somewhere else to fix what Universal Collision did

Very poor workmanship and customer service. I had Universal Collision to do minor repair and they could not properly line the parts up that they ordered, and there was significant overspray. All the owner could say was "oh come on , and I did the best I could" I had to take my car to another shop to fix what Universal Collision did to my car.
