The car wash service is very good but disappointed because they do not accept payment by debit only with a credit card and if I pay by debit I have to pay 1 year in advance, it is something unusual when you want the service but they do not receive payment by debit card or cash the important thing is the monthly payment not how the client wants to pay

My usual ‘go to’ car wash in St Catharines. Tire shine service rarely operating properly. Called to inquire after another disappointing experience and they claimed ‘they will make some tweaks to it….’ Not super impressed with their nonchalant attitude. Perhaps I’ll look for another local car wash to frequent?

The service was pleasantly shorter than initially anticipated! ?? My first time getting a car detailing at this specific car wash was absolutely amazing! ? They didn't leave a single stone unturned. The staff was kind, friendly, and incredibly meticulous. ?? They even offered some great suggestions to protect my car's interior and keep it in tip-top shape. ⭐ There's a clean and comfy place to sit and relax while they pamper your car, plus a large window to watch the magic happen if you'd like. ? I watched the process, and I'm so glad I did; it was fascinating to see how they handle everything. ? I'll definitely be taking advantage of this service again in the future! ???

I go here to use their vacuums for cleaning up the inside of my vehicle, using the vacuum here is complimentary which is very nice and the grounds are always pretty clean, usually never too big of a wait either!

I paid by app. It was supposed to be Extreme car wash, but I was only provided Plus car wash when I reached the gate. There was supposed to be 13$ promo balance on the app, which I got. But I paid extra 10$ for extreme car wash. The gate guy did not know that and when I asked that it's supposed to be extreme one, he insisted that app promo users only get Plus, without realizing that I had paid extra 10$ for the extreme one. Disappointed because the car shine is not there and undercarriage, for which I had come had not been done. My username in app was Asos. For 10$, I can get a basic carwash anywhere.
