  As a Customer for over 5 years now this company deserves their “Flowers”. The front staffers, too all the tech support staffers have always been professional and great the few times, I have had to call in and get some troubleshooting guidance. I truly “appreciate each and every one of them I have had the pleasure communicating with, when needed . I do hope the owners & upper Management, reads this and knows all their Staff! are absolutely wonderful and have always helped Me over time!.

  I've been with Vaxxine for what feels like forever. Their customer service is fantastic, although they could do a better job of letting the public know what services they offer. Still, I wouldn't change to anyone else. Keep up the great service, Vaxxine!

  I’m a super basic computer user as I believe free time should be spent outside! HahahBut I have had internet with them for one year now and it’s the cheapest, and thee customer service is super cool , good people. Always Katharine that answers and she’s awesome. Maybe the bad reviews are from mega computer users I dunno but for the basic family usage, Netflix, YouTube, etc , it’s the best
