I don’t know how I can say thanks to them. They are amazing. They helped me a lot. Engine oil was leaking and I went there before 10 mins of their closing but they welcomed me and my husband and helped us. They spent almost an hour and fixed our car. They are so helpful. They are providing amazing customer service. They are best. Highly recommended. I can blindly trust them as they are not charging you high cost.Specially thanks to MR. FATIH and his other team members who saved us.

Brought in my car as it had problems starting. They ran a diagnostic and gave us a very detailed breakdown of what needed to be done. Very happy with the service!! The staff there are also very nice. Being open late is also a plus so I don’t have to worry about it during work hours. ☺️

Amazing customer service. I was driving through the area from out of town and development a tire leak and wheel issue. At 7pm, this shop was open and took the time to properly diagnose that I had a damaged rim and proceeded to assist in every way possible. These guys are the epitome of hard working, honest tradesmen. They could have easily ripped me off or overcharged me as I was from USA and couldn't have done anything about it. Instead, they treated me like a long-term customer. A gem of a shop.

I came to viva to change my oil and tires where they treated me like family by offering me food and drinks. It’s way more than a mechanic shop; they are super friendly. as a student, i received a generous discount. i would highly recommend this garage to anyone seeking mechanical work on their vehicle.

This is the best auto service and repair shop I have been in Niagara Region. The crew working at the shop is very friendly and they’ll ensure you have a great time awaiting the service to be done. They also welcome their guests with food and drinks and if you visit this shop you’re required to give some belly rubs to the best crew member of the shop Cinnamon ?

i highly recommend viva auto for any of your car concerns. I have yet to have the same experience at any other shop, they treat you like family here and do good work. they brought me tea and sandwiches at one point. on my sister’s wedding day i got a flat tire and they were able to patch it for me in the time i needed to make it to my sisters wedding, and even cleaned my engine bay after that. very deserving of the 5 star
