went in with an old iPhone that died just before we were about to transfer to a new phone, and he helped power it up and transfer all of the data to the new phone.

DON'T waste your time or money here! They give you fake promises, saying their products are of good quality when they are NOT.
They told us the wired ear buds we bought there would last much longer than my previous ones. I purchased them and had them about 2 weeks. I used them about 5 times before the cord started to frey and eventually tore apart. I have never had this happen in all my years using wired buds. They must have meant theirs last the SHORTEST amount of time.
They should also work on their customer service as they weren't very friendly either.
We'll NEVER go there again.

Is this place even open?
Visited the mall three times in one week, after 5 pm because I work, and every time I went they were closed, no signage nothing.

I wanted to buy a used phone that was reliable and inexpensive :) A hard combination I know however Syed sold me a recent model iPhone, new case and 60 warranty for a great price. I Highly recommend this store.

Horrible service, sold me the wrong phone case; insisting he knew better (the owner). Would not allow to switch for correct case to fit my phone. Waste of time and money, would never recommend.

The whole process of picking out a new phone case and installing the screen protector took under 10 minutes. Pleasant, efficient service for $40. Highly recommend.

Gave me an absurdly expensive quote for phone repair. I know the cost of parts and it seems like they charge $150 for opening a phone. How could replacing an camera module costs $150~200? I ended up paying $60 to repair my phone from another place in St.Catharines.Around 2years laterI am updating the review from 2 star to 1 star since this store cannot be 4.9 star review. There might be some manipulation on SEO and review I guess.

Very rude person.Didn’t fix the laptop at all and on the phone he was cursing as well, when I asked him this is how you do business he replied- yesAnd what needed replacing he didn’t do that and charged me $175 and he insisted on payment by cash.Now I understand why he did ask, this shop owner and workers nothing but scammers don’t fall for it guys go to only reliable shops

Was in the store yesterday picking up a phone for my boyfriend, bought a $300 phone that turned out to be junk. Couldn’t even make a gmail account on it. Brought it back into store today to an employee who was was very rude and ignorant. Tried to fight with me regarding the phone that was junk. Asked for my money back and was told no sorry! I wouldn’t be asking for my $300 back if you didn’t sell me a junk phone. Needless to say the greedy employee got another $350 for a phone that’s not worth $650 & couldn’t even throw in a case or screen protector. I do not suggest going into this store!

I'm replacing my original 5 star review with this as I only found out much later: these guys charge you at least twice the price of the guy just across from him and. Don't fall for their bs.

Very unreliable, not keeping promises , came at 3 to pickup the phone was not ready came again twice next day as stated find the store closed staff very rude
