I recommend this small business full-service computer store over the big box stores. It is the second time I have used them for their services. This time, I purchased a gaming computer for $2,000 over the other option of $3,000 which the owner, Scott, did not push me into doing. I needed the latest laptop equipment with (Hellcat) speed. The owner offered at no additional charge to set up the new laptop exactly like my old one (mirroring), included in the price of the purchase of the new laptop. This would have been an extra charge if I had gone to Best Buy (Geek Squad). I also was informed if I had any questions, I should not hesitate to bring the purchase back in, and Scott would answer them for me. I am writing this review on the new laptop. It was a plug-and-play purchase.

After getting the wrong directions from other "computer geeks" Scott was able to answer, and show us, how to download photos from Google photos on our phone! He's a gem and has a great set up to help with issues and a great inventory of lots of computers, TVs, laptops, etc. Thanks so much Scott!
