I called asking for a specific item. Lexi was very helpful but couldn't find the solution. We ended our call on a good note. 5 min later she actually called me back with the answer. Bought couple of Reebok shoes from them. Use them seldom but still one pair of shoe has 2 nails came through inner sole of the shoe and started pinching the foot. Called location to check if there is manufacturing warranty for this defect. Since it was over 6 months so they refused. Though I believe it was manufacturing defect not wear and tear issue. They should have atleast shown some grace and good customer services.

Great place for work stuff. They only have safety shoes/boots. So don't go there f you're looking for runners or just plain boots

This was my first time coming to Work Authority for boots and I have to say that I'm incredibly impressed. The level of assistance I received from LEXI was unrivaled by any other shoe store. She was very patient and ensured that I was informed on every pair of boots I tried. If they should fit a little snugger, the safety features, whether they'd stretch a lot or a little. She gave me time on my own to try on pairs and wander around, but always was nearby when I voiced my thoughts on them and ready with a suggestion for a different size/similar pair. I must've tried 8 pairs before I found the ones that we're absolutely perfect. I cannot thank Lexi enough! I'll be back for certain :)

Came here today to purchase new work shoes. The lady working asked me if I needed any help and I told her what I was looking for, she let me know where to find what I needed then let me look around. I pretty quickly found what I needed and bought shoes as well as some new socks. This how shopping should be everywhere. I was helped without being harassed. Overall a great experience. They have nice selection of work wear too. Very nice store

I work in Construction as a sheet metal worker and I don't wear my boots heavily. I've been buying boots from work authority since I entered be trades 10 plus years ago and have never had a bad experience until now. My 250 dollar Kodiak boots that I bought last September ( unfortunately outside of warranty now ) has the soles peeling off the bottom of both boots. Clearly there is a manufacturing issue here. Soles should not be peeling off boots less than a year old. The staff at the store were zero help. Apparently my continued business over many years means nothing. I honestly thought work authority would help me out here, but it was a quick no. My business will be going elsewhere now unfortunately.

Never actually shopped here because THEY’RE CLOSED WHEN WORKING HOURS ARE OVER. How does that make sense? You’re closed by the time the targeted shopper gets off work. I just need some boots man.

I arrived to spend over $200.00 on a new pair of work boots and forgot socks. I was advised by the clerk I would need to purchase socks from them before I was able to try on shoes. Thankfully next door their competitor was happy to provide me with socks and I spent my money there.

I've come here twice to get workwear and they've been closed both times when ALL other surrounding businesses are open. I don't know why I even bother trying. They pitch that there's a 6 month warranty on shoes but if you they show any sign of use such as dirt and any scuffs unrelated to your issue they refuse the warranty.
