It’s nice to have the personal touch you get with a small branch, and they are very patient to ensure you understand financial decisions.

Won't go to this branch again ever. Worst service and employees. I visited this branch to cash outmy money, I provided my driving license as proof of identity still they don't want to believe that I am account holder. That was ridiculous behavior.

Terrible hours. Closes at 4:00pm on every week day except Thursday? Really? In this day and age! No weekend hours. Thursday is only open till 6:00! How does anyone with a JOB make it to this branch? Insane!! Yet Scotia wonders why i don't want to open a bank account or move any investments to them! I will stick with the credit card and thats it.

I've had a really poor experience dealing with this branch. I was given the run around while trying to meet with the only advisor, Fara,(rescheduled 3 times, and did not show up to the scheduled meeting). After filing a formal complaint, Fara met with me. At that meeting, I expressed that I did not understand something she said. Instead of explaining it, I was told that I am a "bad listener with bad listening skills" (even in typing it out I can't believe this happened). I have never been treated so poorly by someone in a client facing role. After requesting an investigation into the incident, I was advised that the branch manager and Scotiabank stand behind the employee's actions. Needless to say my complaint went nowhere and we are looking for a new bank after years of loyalty.

I went to this bank at 4:08 pm on a Friday afternoon. Doors were locked. An employee exiting told me they close at 4 on Fridays.

Multiple times arrive to go to market only to find this ATM out of service. Muti-billion dollar bank can keep ATMs working on a weekend at that.

I relocated to this branch several years ago as my previous branch lacked continuity with managers.
I have been welcomed and treated with friendliness and respect each visit that I have made. I would recommend this particular branch worth the drive from K-W to St Jacobs.

I have dealt with Scotiabank for many years with no problems. I relocated to the St. Jacobs area and changed my home branch to this location. The service was not satisfactory. One Mixup with my line of credit resulted in a 5% interest rate increase. Made an appointment with financial advisor Jenny and she said the bank manager was unwilling to fix the issue. After 22 years with this bank I have closed all my accounts. Warning to others. If you choose Scotiabank, do not pick this location. your home branch. They are awful.
