Terrible customer service. 2 people working both on their phones in the back room.we were the only people in the store and had to keep going to find themNot once did anyone try helping us. We got tired of waiting for assistance so we walked out.

Had great experience and great service.I bought a jacket and 5 sweatshirts.And then I took my friend and neighbor was well with me , she also ought 4 sweaters.

On January 2nd, I visited Bluenotes for the first time and purchased an item. Unfortunately, the service person seemed distracted during the billing process and while handing over the item. Subsequently, I experienced embarrassment at other stores as their detectors activated due to a magnetic pin left in my purchase by the Bluenotes staff. Upon discovering this oversight, I returned to Bluenotes on January 3rd to address the issue and suggested improvements in their service in a polite manner. However, I was met with a dismissive response lacking empathy or willingness to improve stating “it can happen”. This is one of the basic duty expected to be performed by a billing staff in a store on daily basis. This experience has left me extremely disappointed. I advise my fellow customers to thoroughly check their purchases, as it appears the staff may not always be diligent in their duties. Hope the store manager takes note of this feedback and actually works on it"

I’ve been to the St . Thomas location on three separate occasions within the last month with high hopes of buying items. The sales are great, but the customer service is TERRIBLE. The staff as always chatting and never acknowledge customers. On top of that, you have to search to find someone to try stuff on or if you need assistance. They the leave you to try stuff on and never come back. They care more about stocking shelves than assisting customers. It’s clear they do not work on commission as they never follow up to see if you need a different size or ask how things are going. These aren’t the same employees each time, so it’s clearly a huge hole in Bluenotes employee training. They’re missing out on a lot of sales.

The manager here (longer dyed black hair) is AWFUL. She NEVER greets anyone! I thought maybe it was a 1 off situation but I went in there today , she was literally alone and didn’t say a WORD TO ME or my daughter. She even walked past us and NOTHING. I couldn’t find the style of shirt my daughter was looking for but the associate was acting too intimidating to even approach. Because i am a woman of colour, this leads me to believe she perhaps doesn’t like coloured people as we are the minority especially in a SMALL town. She just folded clothes and that was that. It was EXTREMELY uncomfortable and awkward.I will not return for this exact reason. Sale or no sale ! My daughter can find clothes at an alternate store! Whether or not she is racist, she is quite rude and non inviting.Update: spoke to their head office and they said they will “follow up with her”
