    I would rate zero if I could. Customer service is horrendous and they want to quote policy and procedure when convenient. I would never recommend St Thomas BMO

    Make sure you got some time to kill before showing up here feels like every single time I come here you stand in line for at least 30 mins dosnt matter what time of day

    This branch does not deserve even one star. Branch manager is rude. I have clear email from higher authorities to get my business debit card from branch. And when i came even after having notes written into my account they denied.
