Whoever answered your phone in service the morning of Nov 2 needs better training on how to talk to people. I asked if they had anyone in the shop today and he acted like it was a huge inconvenience for me to ask that question.

This is a pretty run-of-the-mill Canadian Tire. Nothing stood out as particularly good or bad. I wish there were more selection of Halloween decorations, but we still found a few items we liked.

Lots of inventory, if an item is out on the shelf they likely have stock in the back. Staff is helpful. Cashier was friendly and actually said thank you.

Bought 4 tires and an alignment. The alignment was way off after the job, but barely before. Had to come back another day to do it properly and he still took 4+ attempts up and down on the lift. Then told its not the mechanics alignment, its the brand New Tires i just bought!!!! Now have to come back for a 3rd time and a 3rd week. I will NEVER come here for service.

Worst canadian tire iv ever bin to . Auto motive department is a joke . Advertising says over 300,000 parts in stock but they don't have 4 spark plugs for a 2.0L 4 cylinder engine ? Wow ! The two dudes working the parts counter need to be replaced with someone that is competent . Will not go back and advise that no one goes there either

Jordan, at the gun counter was extremely rude, and unhelpful. I was the first person (and only female) in the area, yet he actively ignored me and approached every male in the area well before acknowledging me.

Normally great service.i have purchased many products here over the years.
Bought a power washer on sale yesterday. I was charged the full regular price. Tried it for 15 minutes at my home. It wasn’t strong enough for the job I purchased it for. Attempted to return it within 24 hours. No return. No refund no exchange. Not happy. Selling in Kijiji.
I will reconsider before buying here again.
Canadian tire Replied to my comment, however they didn’t offer a refund or exchange. On the box of the product it says it will clean decks or patio. It didn’t. The patio is new and had a little green mildew.
Some guidance at the time of purchase may have helped. Or at check out, advising that there is no return or exchange on this product. I would not have purchased.
