We had a great computer repair and resale guy down the street in Ottawa, and firmly believe in buying pre-used stuff and always having a computer guy down the street. So when we moved to St Thomas 10 years ago, I went on Kijiji for home reno stuff, and Bob became our new Computer Guy. I hope this isn't the first time I've posted a review, but I would have to look back 5 years to check! That was when I bought the laptop from him that I was pretty sure I'd murdered this morning. So ... I wonder how many times a day he asks people on the phone whether they held the ON button down for 10 seconds ... or is it just me every 5 years? So once again: Nope. I didn't. So I did. Next advice to remember when helping idiots, Bob: Tell them to plug the machine back in, or the battery will die and it will shut down all your shocking number of open windows and tabs over again. ;) When I get some free time in the summer I'll be in touch for a "new" one. Five stars!
