You get what you pay for. Cheap monthly fee so... very overcrowded in such a small gym, very old machines + stickers that show what weight you are picking are MIA on some machines ( been like this for years ) , machines always broken, used a couple machines where the seat just randomly drops while you are using it ( great way to get hurt- jarred my back twice) .
St Thomas needs a bigger and better gym to accommodate growing population.

At first you can complain about quite a few things, but then realize you're just being picky. It's 24 hours, has a good amount of equipment, it gets busy so avoid it after work and either go late or early. The showers start at 7am and aren't available if no one is working that day, such as holidays or randomly. I wish this was automated, people do work holidays and it's not 1985, theres residential and commercial options for automation. If you forget a towel, Giant Tiger has them for cheap. Winter time the change rooms are a gravel pit, but they do clean them in the morning.

Only method of payment is by providing all of my bank information? I have cheques, cash, credit cards, debit cards and this gym won't accept any of these payments?? I wanted to buy a year membership for my daughter. Also no gift cards. Seems strange to have no options for payments.Terrible service.

It's a cheaper alternative to a gym. I just found it too overly busy and people not cleaning their machines after use.
I opted to change gyms due to personal preference and get my workouts down quicker instead of waiting for the younger generation to be done hanging out

So far I really like going here. I like going in the black card area cuz it's more quiet than the main room for when I want to focus, and I LOVE that they have tanning, I just wish there was a way to also make the tanning a 24/7 operation, or at least allowed later on the weekends. Other than that I really enjoy it here. 😀 So much so that I created a FB community especially for Black card members for this gym in particular. 😉 Which at the time of writing this has a total of 55 members. 😀

It's always super busy. Hard to get a good workout in at a reasonable time.

Worst F4L I’ve been to lol barely any equipment and it’s all very outdated. Usually never any spray or paper towel to wipe down your equipment, staff is usually vacuuming the same spot every time or talking to people. They’re never at the front desk (during staffed hours) so don’t forget your swipe key. If you don’t mind a drive, go to the F4L at Westmount mall in London, WAY better.

The price is very reasonable but you get what you pay for and no more.
Pros: The gym is a pretty good size and there are a fair number of machines and weights available. I like that they have TVs by the cardio machines and that there is a separate circuit rooom with more equipment. They have a black card exclusive workout area for those VIP members and there is a tanning bed and massage chairs for VIP access as well. The washroom/changeroom is always clean and there are a lot of lockers available (bring your own lock). Showers are available during staffed hours.
Cons: Unfortunately, this place does get quite busy so it can be hard to access equipment during peak hours. The equipment maintenance seems like it is not a high priority with some equipment having broken pieces and some equipment "out of order" for weeks at a time. The temperature control also seems off within the gym and it can get uncomfortably warm and stuffy in the gym area at times. I noticed they recently took away hand sanitizer dispensers as well which kind of sucks. The staff within the gym is friendly but Fit4Less overall customer service is lacking. It is almost impossible to get any support for billing or membership related issues.
Overall three stars because I understand this is a no frills style gym so I don't expect too much and it still does it's job. That being said, there are still some basic improvements/maintenance efforts that can be made to improve the upkeep of the gym and for overall customer satisfaction.
